Are you a data and analytics professional with hands-on experience building automations and analytics solutions, and curious about applying AI-enabled development to enhance how you deliver? The Finance Data and Insights Team is an agile product team responsible for the development, production, and transformation of financial data and reporting across Consumer and Community Banking. Our vision is to improve the lives of our people and increase value to the firm by leveraging modern automation, data, and AI tools to generate insights, save time, improve processes and controls, and lead the organization in developing skills of the future.

Job summary
As an Analytics Solutions Associate within the Finance Data and Insights organization, you will partner closely with controller teams, treasury analytics, and technology partners to deliver accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial data and automation outcomes. You will help identify and assess automation and analytics opportunities, translate business requirements into production-grade solutions, and improve processes and controls through modern automation and data practices.
This role emphasizes intelligent automation and analytics engineering, using UiPath to automate repeatable finance processes and Alteryx (or similar) to prepare and transform data for reporting and business intelligence consumption. You will also apply AI-enabled development practices to accelerate productivity and support the delivery of business intelligence and workflow solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workflows to ingest, cleanse, blend, and transform finance data for downstream reporting and analytics.
- Design, build, test, and maintain UiPath automations (attended and unattended) that eliminate manual effort across controller and treasury processes, including reconciliations, data movement, report generation, and control checks.
- Partner with business users to document current-state processes, user pain points, decision points, data inputs, and control requirements; translate findings into automation candidates and business intelligence/workflow requirements.
- Build and iterate on dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, or similar platforms to support controller, treasury, and cross line of business stakeholders.
- Apply AI-enabled development tools to accelerate productivity in building automations, workflows, SQL, and documentation, and to prototype AI-assisted features in business intelligence and workflow solutions.
- Identify patterns and anomalies in data and use insights to drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and surface additional automation opportunities.
- Support agile delivery practices including backlog management, user story writing, sprint planning input, stakeholder demonstrations, and clear communication of progress, risks, and value.
- Operate within a well-controlled financial services environment by following version control, peer review, testing, documentation, and adherence to data governance and access-management standards.
- Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in intelligent automation, data analytics, financial reporting systems, or related roles.
- Hands-on development experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator) building and supporting production automations, including exception handling, logging, credential management, and queue-based processing.
- Working experience with Alteryx (or a comparable data preparation tool) to build, document, and maintain data workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL and comfort querying relational databases and modern data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and automation designs.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled development concepts (coding copilots, large language model-based assistants, prompt-based workflows) and a clear willingness and aptitude to adopt and excel in AI-assisted ways of working for product delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills across finance, technology, product, and senior business audiences.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with modern business intelligence and visualization tools: Tableau, Sigma, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or similar.
Experience working with finance, controller, treasury, or financial reporting stakeholders to understand business processes, document requirements, and deliver automation or analytics solutions.
Experience with Python, Databricks, Snowflake, or other big-data query and development tools.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM Suite, Genie, Spotter, Microsoft Copilot) applied to coding, SQL, workflow design, documentation, testing, and/or building or supporting AI-assisted features within business intelligence or workflow solutions (for example natural-language querying, auto-generated commentary, intelligent routing, document extraction).
Familiarity with agile product practices: backlog refinement, user story creation, minimum viable product definition, sprint planning, and stakeholder demonstrations.
Ability to frame business cases for automation and analytics initiatives (productivity, control improvement, cycle-time reduction, scalability, reduced manual effort).
Understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, access management, and control expectations in a financial services environment.
