As a Business Analysis Associate II within Operations Performance Management, youwill help strengthen reporting accuracy, scorecard effectiveness, project execution, and business visibility. You will support better decision-making, clearer accountability, and more efficient ways of working.

Your role will also help translate business needs into measurable outcomes by partnering across teams and Lines of Business (LOBs), identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and stronger overall team output.

Job Responsibilities

Manage work and projects with ownership and urgency by creating project plans, defining milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and delivering against challenging but achievable timelines.

Analyze, source, and interpret complex data by identifying authoritative sources, understanding definitions and lineage, validating business meaning, and converting multi-source information into usable insights for reporting and decision-making.

Ensure reporting accuracy and KPI effectiveness by reviewing queries, calculations, metric logic, system breaks, missing data, and other inconsistencies that may impact business decisions.

Build, enhance, and modernize reporting solutions by partnering with LOBs to develop meaningful dashboards, scorecards, and Tableau solutions. Use approved tools to improve data quality, automate manual work, and deliver scalable capabilities.

Leverage approved AI/LLM tools to increase efficiency, strengthen analysis, summarize findings, support documentation, create reusable prompts or logic, and enhance deliverable quality.

Communicate and collaborate across teams, business partners, and leadership by translating stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes, providing status updates, escalating risks, managing expectations, resolving issues, and articulating the value and impact of delivered work.

Develop and apply business knowledge quickly, especially within Auto Collections, ARBSO, and related operational processes, by building a structured learning plan when needed and delivering early impact.

Lead by example and improve team output by demonstrating accountability, professionalism, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement while sharing best practices and helping others succeed.

Strong project and work management skills, including the ability to plan work, estimate timelines, prioritize deliverables, mitigate risks, and execute independently.

Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets, sourcing and integrating information across multiple systems, validating results, identifying patterns or gaps, and converting findings into clear reporting, insights, or business recommendations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messages for business, technical, and leadership audiences; define stakeholder needs; manage expectations; resolve issues; and deliver performance management outcomes.

Ability to evaluate KPI relevance, challenge metrics when appropriate, and recommend reporting or scorecard improvements aligned to business objectives.

Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tools, data sources, documentation, business processes, and operational context.

Ability to use approved AI/LLM tools responsibly to improve productivity, analysis quality, documentation, communication, and consistent deliverables.

Ability to lead by example through ownership, accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and customer focus. Demonstrated commitment to improving team culture and output by sharing best practices, influencing peers, and helping others produce stronger outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Prior experience with Auto Collections, ARBSO, Collections Operations, Consumer & Community Banking operations, or related operational performance management functions, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn a new business area by building relationships, understanding key processes and metrics, and delivering early value.
