Lead Chase's card tokenization strategy across networks, partners, and platforms.
Chase cards need to work every time, everywhere — in a wallet, at a merchant, inside an app, or through an AI agent. As a Tokenization Product Leader, you will own the strategy and execution that makes that possible. We are a forward-thinking payments team committed to transforming customer experiences, simplifying how we do business, and pushing for product excellence — all while holding to high standards for controls and consistency. Join us and make a direct, measurable impact on how millions of customers pay every day.
As a Tokenization Product Leader in the Payments Tokenization team, you will own Chase's end-to-end tokenization strategy and the connectivity between card networks, partners, and our credit and debit platforms. You will serve as Chase's lead product partner to the networks on tokenization and digital payments, driving smooth provisioning, high approval rates, reduced fraud, and cards that keep working when reissued or replaced. Your work will have a direct, measurable impact on the business's P&L.
