Leveraging one of the worlds largest Trade Finance investor networks, we scale funding to support this growing asset class on a global basis.

As a Supply Chain Finace Programme Manager - Associate in Trade and Working Capital team, you will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of active Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programmes and broader Trade client relationship ownership with direct supplier enrolment and sales execution to drive programme ramp. You will design and deliver a comprehensive engagement and execution strategy for the assigned portfolio, driving asset and revenue growth through both organic and strategic opportunities, while improving the end-to-end client and supplier experience.

Job Responsibilities

Drive asset and revenue growth by steering SCF programme ramp and supplier enrolment, while supporting the buyer’s working capital objectives.

Design and execute a supplier enrolment and sales strategy and calling plan for each assigned programme; actively market early payment solutions to suppliers and engage the buyer organisation to remove impediments to adoption.

Manage overall Trade client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for usage across multiple Trade products, developing an intimate understanding of client businesses and positioning incremental T&WC solutions where relevant.

Establish and maintain client-specific engagement plans built around defined strategic and tactical goals, including agreed ramp and cross-sell targets.

Analyse programme and client performance to identify trends, profitability drivers, supplier participation patterns, and emerging risks, adjusting execution strategy and providing insights to internal partners.

Monitor facility usage and usage patterns, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient capital is available to accommodate discounting needs and to optimise returns.

Facilitate requests and enquiries from cross-functional partners across the franchise, including Sales, Bankers, Credit, Client Service, Operations, Legal, Product, and Contracts Management.

Enhance the client experience through continuous review and improvement of end-to-end processes, tools, and operating model considerations to make it easier to acquire, onboard, and serve clients and suppliers.

Support the execution of critical in-flight technology initiatives designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness across programme execution and supplier sales, including coordination with counterparts in other regions for multi-regional engagement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client and supplier-related activities, escalating appropriately within the Risk and Control framework.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Proven experience in a client-facing role across Sales, Client Service, Portfolio/Programme Management support, or Operations, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with comfort leading interactive client and supplier discussions.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective project management capability.

Self-starter mindset; positive, results-oriented approach; accountability for outcomes; and the ability to consistently exceed expectations of internal stakeholders and clients.
