About the Role
KalSoft is looking for a Lead APEX Programmer to provide technical leadership across Oracle APEX solutions, including solution architecture, development guidance, code reviews, and overall quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for Oracle APEX development and solutions.
- Design and oversee APEX solution architecture.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
- Oversee development quality and ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle development, including 6+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX experience.
- Recent project experience with Oracle APEX 22.x or later.
- Expert-level PL/SQL skills, including packages, performance tuning, bulk processing, and dynamic SQL.
- Experience with ORDS/REST API design and integration.
- Strong knowledge of APEX security, authentication, authorization, and AD/SSO.
- Experience leading 3+ developers across at least 2 production Oracle APEX systems.
- At least one Oracle certification in APEX or PL/SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing bilingual/RTL Oracle APEX applications.
- Experience with AI or external API integrations.
- Experience with Git and CI practices.
