Capability building and community support: Develop and deliver practical training, coaching, playbooks and tools in project management, KOE, continuous improvement, analytics and problem solving. Facilitate Quality Excellence communities and working sessions and support onboarding of site or pillar Quality Excellence leads.

Stakeholder coordination and communication: Build strong working relationships with site, pillar, Finance, Digital and global partners. Prepare clear project updates, executive-ready summaries and recommendations; escalate decisions, resource constraints and material risks to the Senior Manager.
