Responsibilities
- Own design and delivery of full-stack AI solutions (Python, Django, React) from discovery to production on AWS.
- Architect and ship RAG systems and LLM-based workflows, including retrieval quality, evaluation and guardrails.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, translate business problems into solutions and drive adoption.
- Design scalable, secure AWS deployments (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) with CI/CD.
- Set engineering standards, review code and mentor junior forward deployed engineers.
- Feed field insights into the product roadmap.
- Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong full-stack delivery.
- Expert in Python and Django; strong React (TypeScript preferred).
- Deep AWS experience.
- AI experience is required: production LLM applications, RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Proven customer-facing delivery and stakeholder management.
- Strong system design, API, SQL and data modeling skills.
Preferred
LangChain or LlamaIndex, fine-tuning, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform or CDK, and team-lead experience.
