Responsibilities

• Supportglobaloperationsandstrategicbusinessinitiativesbypartneringwithcross-functionalteamsacrossEngineering,ServiceOperations,SupplyChain,IT,andProductManagement.
• Assistwithprojectplanning,coordination,andexecutionforinitiativesinvolvingnewproductintroductions,servicereadiness,softwaredeployment,andoperationaltransformation.
• Leadportionsofassignedprojectsbyorganizingactivities,trackingmilestones,facilitatingteamdiscussions,anddrivingactionstoclosure.
• Analyzeoperationalandbusinessdatatoidentifytrends,supportdecisionmaking,andrecommendprocessimprovements.
• Developdashboards,reports,andsoftware-basedsolutionsthatimprovevisibility,efficiency,andexecutionacrossglobalteams.
• Supportimplementationofdigitaltools,workflowautomation,anddata-drivenbusinessprocesses.
• Prepareanddeliverpresentationstoleadership,providingstatusupdates,recommendations,andbusinessinsights.
• Gainexposuretogloballeadershippracticeswhilecollaboratingwithteamsacrossmultiplefunctions,regions,andlevelsoftheorganization.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in leadership, project management, business operations, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with software development, scripting, data analytics, databases, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar technologies is desirable.
• Exposure to electronics, test and measurement, calibration, metrology, or engineering environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, internships, academic projects, athletics, military service, or other extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.
• The level of role will be based on appliable experience, education and skills; most offers will be between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range listed below.
• CA Min $24.44 to Max $26.32
