Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter who knows how to hustle, take initiative, and get results. This role will support hiring efforts for field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership positions across our energy and infrastructure services business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, is comfortable picking up the phone, proactively sourcing candidates, and managing multiple open positions.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and isn't afraid to get creative when finding talent in competitive markets. The Recruiter will work closely with operational leaders, participate in recruiting events, and play a key role in bringing the right people into our organization. This role is based out of our Canonsburg, PA Office.
