About the team

オフィスは東京の赤坂にあり、赤坂見附駅、赤坂駅、溜池山王駅から徒歩圏内です。

■チームについて

コンサルティングチームのメンバーとして、お客様が直面する差し迫ったビジネスパフォーマンス上の課題を把握し、今日の製造業に広く見られる分散型バリューチェーンにおける複雑な課題の解決を支援していただきます。

About the role

■主な業務内容

*顧客のビジネス要件を掘り下げるヒアリングセッションに参加し、要件仕様書を作成する。

*ベストプラクティスを遵守しつつ、ソリューションアーキテクトを支援し、複雑なビジネス課題に対する創造的なソリューションを検討し、提案する。

*ソリューションについて、顧客のエンドユーザーへのトレーニングを実施する。

*サプライチェーン業界の動向を把握し、それを基準として顧客を評価する。

*ビジネスケースに明記されたビジネス上のメリットを、顧客が確実に得られるようにする。

*ソリューションの検証およびテストを支援し、ユーザーからのフィードバックを収集する。

*上司から割り当てられた、その他合理的なプロジェクト関連業務を行う。

■応募資格

*優れた対人スキル、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力、およびプレゼンテーション能力を備えていること。

*産業工学、サプライチェーンマネジメント、オペレーションズリサーチ、コンピュータサイエンス、統計学、経営学、または関連分野の学士号、修士号、博士号を取得しており、優れた学業成績を有していること。

*新しいアプリケーション（Kinaxis Maestro）を習得できること。

*ペースの速い職場環境においても、自主的に業務に取り組み、優れた成果を上げることができること。

*チーム環境で円滑に業務を遂行し、組織内のあらゆる階層の人々と効果的に連携できること。

*複雑な考えを、英語および日本語で、口頭および書面の両方で効果的に伝えられること。
