BUILT ON FLAVOR. FUELED BY PEOPLE.
What’s it like to work at Kinder’s? Well, there’s a lot of snacking and geeking out over what we all cooked over the weekend. Beyond that, there’s also plenty of hard work. Because we don’t just like flavor, we’re obsessed with it.
With over 100 products sold nationwide, we’re now a top-five brand in multiple flavor categories at Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, and more. We’re not your typical CPG company. Privately held and founder-led, we like to think of ourselves as a pirate ship in a sea of cruise ships. Our crew is adventurous and fearless. We chart our own course and chase big ideas to make food unforgettable.
As we expand globally and approach $1 billion in revenue, we need more smart-and-scrappy, flavor-obsessed people to come aboard. If you’re looking for a place where you can see the real impact of your work... this is it! Every day, you’ll be part of a journey to add flavor to millions of meals and lives.
About The Role
The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will help Kinder’s strengthen and scale the enterprise systems that support our growing business. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role will serve as a bridge between business teams and technology, translating operational needs into practical, reliable, and scalable ERP solutions.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility across the systems lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing support. The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Sales Operations, and other teams to improve business processes, strengthen data integrity, and increase the value Kinder’s receives from its ERP platform.
The ideal candidate combines strong ERP and business-process knowledge with curiosity, sound judgment, and a builder mindset. This person is comfortable working through ambiguity, can move between technical details and business outcomes, and knows how to create structure in a rapidly evolving organization.

ERP Configuration, Optimization & Support
- Configure, maintain, and continuously improve ERP functionality in partnership with internal technology teams and external implementation partners.

- Communicate project status, decisions, risks, and recommend actions clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Develop training materials and deliver effective training for business users and process owners.
