Power Platform & AI Solutions Developer

• Location: Pune, India
• Design, develop and maintain business applications, mobile solutions and digital tools using Microsoft Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Develop and optimise workflow automation, approvals and business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models that support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions and Copilot agents that enhance productivity, knowledge management and user experience.
• Deliver secure and scalable integrations between Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical advice and deliver solutions aligned to business needs.
• Ensure solutions comply with governance, security, data management and platform best practice standards.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, user training and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Tasks and Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs and Microsoft 365 services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or Generative AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as PL-400, PL-200, PL-300, or Copilot-related certifications would be advantageous.
