POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking to hire Analysts and Associates to join its European Capital Solutions team in London.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across the team's strategies, working closely with senior investment professionals in small deal teams.

The role offers an opportunity to gain broad investment experience across both credit and equity, with exposure to a variety of businesses, industries, transaction structures and risk-return profiles.

Analysts and Associates will be actively involved in all stages of the investment process, including financial modelling, company and industry research, due diligence, investment committee presentations, transaction execution and portfolio management. The team executed approximately 40 transactions in 2025 across its strategies.

A key focus of the role is developing a deep understanding of businesses and forming independent investment views on whether, and on what terms, KKR should commit capital. Team members are expected to assess how companies make money, what differentiates them from competitors, the sustainability of their financial performance and the key risks and opportunities associated with potential investments.

The team's lean structure provides junior professionals with meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior investors and the opportunity to contribute actively to investment discussions from an early stage.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, commercial judgement and a genuine passion for investing, with the ambition to develop into a well-rounded investment professional.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Broad investment exposure: Opportunity to develop expertise across the capital structure, combining credit underwriting with equity-style business analysis and investment judgement.

Meaningful responsibility: Active involvement in all stages of the investment lifecycle, with the opportunity to take ownership and contribute to investment decisions from an early stage.

High-quality transaction experience: Exposure to significant and complex transactions involving leading businesses, financial sponsors and corporate counterparties.

Direct exposure to senior investors: Opportunity to learn from and work closely with experienced investment professionals in small, collaborative deal teams.

Long-term development: An intellectually stimulating environment focused on developing the analytical, commercial and interpersonal capabilities required to become a successful investor.
