Business Transformation Analyst

Molex is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to help global Supply Chain teams turn strategy into measurable improvements. In this role, you will analyze business processes, support technology adoption, and collaborate across functions to improve efficiency, delivery, and user adoption.

Our Team

The Supply Chain Business Systems team partners with application owners, subject-matter experts, Information Technology, process owners, analytics, finance, and transformation coaches. Together, the team plans, implements, and sustains initiatives that improve operational performance across the global Supply Chain organization.

What You Will Do

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support transformation initiatives, including technology adoption, workshops, focus groups, surveys, questionnaires, and communication plans.
• Partner with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business needs.
• Track project progress, define success measures, and report on efficiency, on-time delivery, and user adoption.
• Identify capability and training-content gaps through interviews, surveys, and data analysis; collaborate with subject-matter experts to develop and evaluate learning materials.
• Monitor relevant practices and technologies, recommending approaches that advance digital innovation and measurable business value.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two or more years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, change management, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Knowledge of procurement or supply-chain processes.
• Experience supporting organizational change, stakeholder engagement, or technology adoption.
• Experience with project-management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Coupa, SAP, Power BI, or Celonis.
• Experience working with global teams or multilingual content.
• Proficiency in Chinese or Japanese.
