HR Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Analyze and communicate recruitment needs with different departments based on the company’s business requirements and growth plans.

Lead recruitment projects for Operators and Technicians, ensuring hiring targets are achieved on time.

Manage recruitment channels, develop external sourcing resources, and build and maintain talent pipelines.

Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Partner closely with hiring departments to understand position requirements and provide professional recruitment advice and solutions.

Coach and support team members to drive overall recruitment team performance.

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment with 1,000+ employees; experience in manufacturing recruitment or high-volume hiring projects is preferred.

Good knowledge of various recruitment channels, interviewing techniques, and relevant labor laws and regulations.

Strong cross-functional communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Outgoing and communicative personality with a strong sense of purpose and passion for recruitment; able to work effectively under pressure.

Good command of written English is preferred.
