Kick-start your Finance career with hands-on experience in a global organisation.

As a Finance Intern, you’ll work alongside our Finance team and gain practical exposure to key accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing and financial operations. You’ll have the opportunity to apply what you’ve learnt in school, work with different stakeholders and contribute to real business processes and improvement projects.

Our Team

We are part of the Global Invoice to Pay (ITP) team and Order to Cash (OTC), providing centralized support to ensure supplier invoices are processed and paid on time in a compliant manner, providing billing services for many of the Koch businesses.

What You Will Do

• Invoice to Pay
• Monitor relevant emails sent to the mailbox and ensure timely handling of the emails.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entering the accounting system
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of AP invoices into the accounting system according to SLA.
• Prepare and update Desktop Procedures for processes that you owned.
• Update and maintain the KPI tracker for the entities covered.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned or participate in project testing.
• Order to Cash
• Monitor relevant emails sent to the mailbox and ensure timely handling of the emails.
• Check the supporting document to ensure billing amount is correct.
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of AR invoices to the customers.

Admin

Handle ad-hoc office admin duties, letter and parcel handling, stationery and pantry arrangement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline.

IT savvy and well-versed in Microsoft office applications

Effective team player with good interpersonal, communication and organisational skill

Ability to priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously

Service oriented, able to provide a very high level of service to internal customers

Meticulous and attentive with details
