Recruiter

PRIMARY PURPOSE

主要目标This role is responsible for identifying and attracting talent through conventional and advanced recruiting methods.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:职责

• 1.Perform research, sourcing and recruiting using advanced techniques to identify passive talent through social media, networking, job boards, ATS, talent profiles and other means.
• 2.Actively seek and develop innovative and creative sourcing strategies as well as emerging technology and tools.
• 3.Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors and business customers to cultivate a talent pipeline of internal and external talent for hard to fill technical roles.
• 4.Build and manage branding campaigns/talent communities for targeted sourcing through use of a CRM.
• 5.Maintain a working knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting employment practices and internal employment policies/procedures; with responsibility to maintain compliance requirements within the Talent Acquisition process.

SCOPE

工作范围：In this role you will work full-cycle recruiting while collaborating with our TA team, HR business partners and hiring managers. To be successful you need to be a strong recruiter with focus on customer service and sense of urgency.

REQUIREMENTS:任职要求

• 61Bachelor degree in HRM or related major.
• 613+ years of technical recruiting experience OR 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 61Deep understanding of web-based recruitment and methods to source AND recruit passive talent.
• 61Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as reflected in the ability to network in person and online.
• 61Ability to successfully prioritize and mange multiple tasks/projects
• 61Strong organizational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail
• 61Adept with using a variety of recruiting technologies to attract talent.
• 61Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel
• 61Ability to effectively collaborate in a team environment.

PREFERRED/优先考虑

61Double degree in HRM and English.

611+ years’ experience providing remote recruitment support to business

61Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience.

61Recruiting experience working within a manufacturing/engineering/electronics company.

611+ year’s working experience in recruitment consulting company

61Familiar with other aspects of HRM
