Your Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support to users.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
- Manage the IT inventory, licenses, and IT service providers.
- Administer user accounts, servers, and local infrastructure.
- Ensure IT security and compliance with Group standards.
- Participate in projects to improve and develop the information system.
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of higher education in Computer Science.
- Proven initial work experience (at least 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft environments, networks, and user support.
- Business-level English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, a service-oriented mindset, and a team player.
