The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, and to

collaborate and lead HR activities in his/her Business Area. The role involves supporting

multiple HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,

performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR data

management.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to facilitate talent acquisition and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (HRMS).
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain proper documentation as per labour laws.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and other culturebuilding activities.
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence across the organization.
• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary procedures in coordination with HR leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

What should you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 7 -8 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HRMS systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and ownership

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Occasional travel required, possibly overnight
