Research, identify, and contact target companies via outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives to existing customers and contribute actively to regional sales targets and company growth goals.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the DACH e-mobility landscape, including local incentives and market trends, to effectively position vaylens’ SaaS solutions and address customer pain points.

Maintain and update leads, activities, and pipelines in Salesforce with accuracy and transparency, tracking performance metrics and continuously optimizing outreach strategies.

Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align lead conversion efforts, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, campaigns, and customer experience.
