Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for an Experienced Senior Role in the KRC Audit- Germany team to support the day-to-day administration, operations, reporting, and coordination activities of KPMG Germany. We are looking for a responsible professional to perform following tasks:
•Drive day-to-day administrative, operational support and coordination activities for the KPMG Germany.
•Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
•Support leadership reporting through monthly and quarterly KPI dashboards and presentations.
•Coordinate with business and support functions to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
•Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for system updates, access management, and issue resolution.
•Support workforce planning activities, including resource deployment, utilization tracking, and capacity monitoring.
•Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness.
•Provide analytical and operational support for strategic initiatives and management decision-making.
•Support in potential client proposals and other Business Development assistance activities for KPMG Germany Leadership
We expect the candidate to be
- •Thorough, diligent and leading the tasks with a high level of accuracy including reviewing and finalizing.
- •Able to analyze and re-cut data into various meaningful reports.
- •Excellent in MS Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table & Pivot Table Chart, Forms, If/else statements, data validation & Scenarios), Word and Presentation Skills
Educational qualifications
- •Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree + Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCA/ M.Com
- Work experience
- •Relevant experience in Administration and Operation function for 3-5 years
- •Good analytical & presentation skills, business acumen and eye to spot trends, patterns, deviation in data
