- Reporting to Manager
- Geo to be supported -Luxembourg
- Work timings-9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
- Leading and managing a team comprising of fresh and experienced graduates.
- Monitoring work, managing and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA’s.
- Sharing knowledge, mentoring and coaching the team members.
- Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
- Taking the fieldwork ownership (audit evidence and documentation detail, drafting management letter points/communications) engagement economics activities like supporting budget/time variance explanations.
- Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.
- Performance review of the team.
- Review of the team’s work and to provide timely feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance.
- Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements
- Apply innovative audit technology in the execution of the procedures.

Educational qualifications
- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA).
- Work experience
- 1+ years years of relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- FS RE experience is must
- Mandatory technical & functional skills
- In depth knowledge of external Audit for corporate and/or international clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
Preferred technical & functional skills
Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage.
