- We are recruiting for an Analyst in the team. Working as an Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- •Resource Management for the assigned team.
- •Publishing daily/weekly reports on Availability, Utilization, and varying business needs.
- •Ensuring that resources are optimally utilised and yearly targets are met.
- •Leaves and Trainings Management – scheduling and deployment of non-chargeable hours .
- •Availability Management – Actively keeping resources utilized to cater ongoing/ ad-hoc booking requests
- •Actively connecting with stakeholders to discuss business needs and getting them resolved.
Educational qualifications
- •Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed University.
- •Additional certifications (if any)
- Work experience
- •One to two years in relevant industry.
