Group Corporate Services provides the expertise, services and infrastructure the Group needs to operate effectively. Within it, People & Resourcing sets the people strategy and helps the Group attract, develop and retain talent..The People Transformation team delivers change across the workforce and People function, redesigning services, processes, capabilities and technology to make them simpler, more effective and easier to use.

To provide business analysis and delivery support to the People Transformation team. Working with the Delivery Lead, the role analyses business needs and impacts, turns requirements into practical solutions, and brings the planning and coordination needed to take initiatives from definition to implementation.

• •Business analysis: Conduct desktop research, interview stakeholders and map pr`ocesses; help shape assessment frameworks and key questions.
• •Stakeholder management: Maintain stakeholder maps; help plan and run workshops and meetings.
• •Project support: Prepare meeting materials and client-ready outputs; manage reporting and ad hoc Audit regulatory requirements; adopt new tools such as Miro, MS Project and Visio.
• •PMO support: Maintain plans, PID, RAID and action logs; produce governance reports; coordinate scheduling with the EA; capture meeting outcomes using tools such as Copilot; support budget and annual timesheet reporting.

Skills required

• ·Project delivery experience and exposure to PMO.
• ·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ·Excellent communicator, able to influence and build consensus.
• ·Understanding of HR operating and service delivery models is desirable, but not essential.
• ·Pragmatic and tenacious in finding solutions.
• ·Growth mindset and a willingness to get ‘stuck in’.
