Leading and developing the HR Connect team, setting priorities, monitoring performance and ensuring high-quality HR administration and payroll services for employees and managers.

Driving the standardisation, digitalisation and automation of HR processes, monitoring service quality and implementing improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the employee and manager experience.

You will also represent Kramp during relevant audits and inspections and cooperate with HR Business Partners, business leaders and Global HR teams in implementing global HR solutions, standards, people policies and reward initiatives.

You are comfortable taking responsibility for complex and sensitive matters, making decisions and addressing difficult issues when necessary. You understand that successful payroll and HR administration are built not only on accuracy and compliance, but also on trust, clear communication and continuous improvement.

For this role, we are looking for

Approximately 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR administration and payroll, including hands-on payroll experience.

Experience in leading a team and managing day-to-day HR and payroll operations.

Experience in process improvement, standardisation, digitalisation or automation within HR Operations.

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail, combined with the ability to manage priorities and maintain high quality in a dynamic environment.

The ability to work effectively with managers, HR Business Partners, external providers, business leaders and Global HR teams.

Very good command of both Polish and English, written and spoken.

A university degree, preferably in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Law or a related field, will support you in this role. An equivalent level of relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Experience with TETA and/or Workday will be an advantage.
