E-Commerce Manager - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (UAE)

A Day in the Life

You steer commercial partnerships across regional pure players in the UAE and Export markets, accelerating digital growth for our dermo-cosmetics portfolio. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you lead joint business planning, commercial negotiations, and full customer P&L performance.

• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and commercial negotiations with key pure player accounts like Amazon MENA, aligning terms, margins, and investments with Group Revenue Growth Management principles.
• Own the account P&L end-to-end, steering Net Sales Value, gross margin delivery, and sell-in/sell-out performance.
• Define promotional strategies and discount corridors to maintain brand equity and prevent channel conflict with partner pharmacies.
• Direct retail media investments alongside digital marketing teams to optimise ROAS and scale shopper acquisition.
• Partner with Supply Chain to build rolling demand forecasts, securing inventory health and service levels on core hero lines.
• Guide digital shelf execution with E-Activation teams, elevating search visibility, content quality, and customer conversion.

We Are Looking For

You bring a sharp commercial perspective and the drive to build collaborative, long-term retail relationships across evolving retail platforms. You bring:

• Commercial Strategy & Negotiation: Proven track record leading Joint Business Planning, contract terms, and margin management with pure players or e-retailers.
• P&L & Financial Acumen: Strong command of commercial drivers, promotional ROI, and pricing corridors.
• E-Commerce & Retail Media: Practical grasp of platform search algorithms, digital shelf optimisation, and performance marketing levers.
• Demand Planning & Supply Integration: Demonstrated capability in collaborative sales forecasting and resolving supply constraints to protect stock availability.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Ability to align multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, and supply chain to deliver commercial targets.
