TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager (Selective Divisions)

Warsaw, Poland In person Full-time

Overview

As TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will build, activate and scale the creator affiliate network across L’Oréal’s Selective Divisions — Luxe, Professional Products and Dermatological Beauty — in Poland & Baltics.

You will own the development and performance of the affiliate network, turning creator participation into consistent content output and profitable sales growth. Working with the TikTok Shop Lead, brand teams and A&I, you will implement brand-specific affiliate plans, directly manage key affiliate relationships and coordinate agency partners supporting the wider network.

Key Responsibilities

Translate brand and commercial priorities into affiliate activation plans, aligning creator activity with the objectives agreed with the TikTok Shop Lead and brand teams.

Manage the affiliate program structure, including creator onboarding, commissions and incentives, within agreed budgets and approval frameworks.

Tiered Affiliate Strategy & Retention Engine: Design and execute a structured, tiered partner framework (from nano/micro discovery to elite power-sellers), driving creators systematically down the funnel—from recruitment and sampling to first sale, frequent posting, and high-frequency retention.

Affiliate Unit Economics & Margin Control: anage commission tiers and bonus structures to ensure creator payouts remain strictly aligned with product gross margin profiles across brands.

Cross-Divisional Synergy & Governance: Foster cross-team alignment to establish shared TikTok Shop best practices, coordinate joint platform initiatives, and ensure a unified, strong L’Oréal voice in platform negotiations and Joint Business Plans (JBP).

Creator Enablement, Masterclasses & Events: Organize proprietary educational workshops, product masterclasses, and offline creator meetups/events; upskill affiliates on TikTok Shop algorithm dynamics, high-converting video frameworks, live-stream techniques, and compliant product claims to maximize their sales velocity.

Build & Nurture a High-Impact Creator Community: Personally scout, recruit, and foster long-term partnerships with top-tier beauty & lifestyle creators ('VIP Affiliates' driving the majority of GMV); establish a dedicated L’Oréal Creator Community providing priority access to hero launches, direct brand touchpoints, and exclusive commercial incentives.
