Job Description Summary

The Procurement Specialist works in collaboration with global and regional category teams to support the development and execution of sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and analyze market trends, generating insights from sourcing and bidding activities, preparing materials for supplier negotiations, and supporting end-to-end project execution.

This role also contributes to supplier relationship management and ensures adherence to procurement policies, controls, and compliance standards, including defining, executing, and monitoring appropriate purchasing channels. The Procurement Specialist serves as a key point of contact between internal stakeholders—such as operations, manufacturing, and facilities—and external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
