Job Description Summary

The Plant HR Manager oversees the complete Human Resources function for their assigned location(s), provides HR guidance and leadership, and connects the wider HR global strategy with local initiatives at their plant facility.

Reporting to HR with a dotted line to the Plant Manager, this role manages the local HR team and is a key resource responsible for hiring, retaining, developing, and ensuring full engagement of all team members. Duties also include accountability for direction, management, and financial success of the HR function at the plant by establishing and achieving current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies.
