Compliance Manager

Summary: The Manager/ Assistant Manager supports the effective operation and development of Langham Hall’s UK Regulatory Hosting function, with day-to-day management responsibility for the Appointed Representative (AR) team and a significant role in the firm’s wider compliance and risk framework. The role combines AR oversight, regulatory analysis, team leadership, internal compliance, regulatory reporting and process improvement.

The role holder acts as a senior escalation and knowledge point, works directly with ARs, clients and colleagues, and supports the Director in maintaining an effective control environment across the AR, AIFM and Operator businesses. The position offers broad exposure to FCA regulation, risk governance and regulated investment and fund structures.
