Software Developer

• Location: Must be local to St Louis, MO (Creve Coeur office preferred, or Wentzville - will be required to visit both facilities occasionally)
• Job Type: Contract-to-hire (beginning with 3-month term)

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting Senior Software Developer in translating business requirements into applications.
• Testing applications against intended outcome.
• Assisting with day-to-day technical issues with order data and flow.
• Maintaining and advancing existing systems and applications.

Company Technology Focus

The environment utilizes Retool, n8n, and Cursor.

The company is strategically focused on a significant transition, moving from a legacy ERP system to a custom-built ERP using Next.js , React, Postgres

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in software development and support.
• Experience with JSON/XML based APIs, relational databases, MySQL, and JavaScript.
• A logical, organized, and thoughtful approach to problem-solving.
• Professionalism interacting with stakeholders via Slack, email, and video conferencing.
• Ability to create reports to isolate issues using reporting software or writing SQL.
• Preferred Skills: Javascript, n8n.io, REST APIs, Next.js , React, Retool, Postman, Slack, Postgres, MySQL, XML, AWS EC2 S3, and DigitalOcean.
