Job Description Summary

• Works in a data driven team and assists with driving actions to optimise performance and value across the business. Performance & Insight Assistant Manager supports organisational success by delivering effective insight and performance analysis.
• Experience: 3-7 years
• Location: Hyderabad
• Job Type: Full Time
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify drivers, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with business teams to translate insights into actionable performance interventions.
• Lead data quality investigations and drive improvements with data owners.
• Support the delivery of high-quality, automated and self serve insights that empower executive decision-making with greater agility.
• Prepare compelling narrative summaries for stakeholders.
• Manage small improvement initiatives or workstreams.
• Accountable for work end to end, proactively managing risks and ensuring commitments are met
• Uphold alignment to Group Risk Framework maintaining a culture of proactive risk ownership.
• Identify and work with others to deliver continuous improvement opportunities
• Be curious by asking questions to grow capability and expand knowledge.
• Collaborate with team to drive efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Support team productivity by identifying quick wins, automating repetitive tasks, building defined solutions and improving workflows using approved AI tools and emerging technologies
