About LEAP LEAP is the leading provider of Legal Practice Management Solutions in the world and is part of ATI – one of the largest international LegalTech companies. For more than 30 years, our curiosity and commitment to continual improvement has kept us reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. The market-leading software we develop, and support is used by more than 71,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium-sized law firms.

Working alongside our international team of passionate high achievers, you’ll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here. Meet the People team LEAP is more than a global LegalTech leader – we’re a growing group of innovative brands, all united by a mission to make lawyers’ lives easier.

Our People team powers this growth by creating the space, support, and empowerment LEAPsters (and our wider group teams) need to do the best work of their careers. From first day to final day, we make every experience count. What you'll do As our Product Enablement Specialist, your purpose is to upskill every LEAPster on our products. You’ll create a clear, role-based learning pathway so every LEAPster can learn our products – from new starters getting confident and productive faster, to existing teams deepening their product skills – and make sure our teams are ready for every new feature and release before our clients see it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows LEAP’s products deeply and loves helping others get there too. You’ll design, build and deliver the training yourself – working closely with Product, LEAP Dev, Support, Sales, Customer Success etc. – and you’ll own the results. To make this happen, you will: Own product onboarding – design and deliver role-based product onboarding journeys (e.g. Support, Sales, Customer Success, Implementation) that cut time to competency.

Lead release enablement – partner with Product so our teams are trained and ready for new features and releases, before or at launch. Build the content – create practical, bite-sized learning – demos, walkthroughs, short videos, guides, sandbox exercises and knowledge checks. Facilitate – run engaging live and virtual sessions for new starters and existing teams. Keep it current – maintain a single source of truth for product learning, updated with every release.

Track and report – set up product learning, track completion and proficiency by role, and share what’s working. Listen to the front line – use feedback from Support, Sales and Customer Success to spot knowledge gaps and fix them fast. What you'll bring Deep product knowledge – expert-level knowledge of LEAP. A natural teacher – you explain complex things simply and love seeing people “get it”. Bias for action – you move fast, launch a first version, get feedback and improve it.

You don’t wait to be told what’s next. Ownership – you plan your own work, hit deadlines and keep stakeholders updated without being chased. Content creation skills – you can build clear guides, videos and e-learning with tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Loom or Scribe – or you’re keen to learn quickly. Confident facilitator – you engage groups in the room and online. Stakeholder savvy – you build strong relationships with Product and frontline teams and get what you need from them on time.

Highly organised – you juggle onboarding cohorts and release schedules without dropping the ball. Nice to have – LMS experience, or a training qualification such as a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. You are the type of person who LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
