Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Value Chain Management (VCM) Programme, a critical strategic initiative driving business transformation across the Electronics Division.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale digital and business transformation projects that enhance end-to-end value chain capabilities, improve business processes, and deliver lasting organisational change. Working with senior stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in delivering strategic capabilities that improve how we operate and create value across the business.

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Business Leads, Product Owners, Change Leads and Technical Leads to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meet business requirements across the Electronics Division.
Lead multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams delivering complex business transformation projects across UK sites and, where required, transnational teams.
Maintain and update the Business Case throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage external implementation partners, suppliers and subcontractors contributing to project delivery.
Lead multi-functional Leonardo teams to deliver project objectives to agreed scope, quality, schedule and budget.
Identify and manage dependencies with other VCM projects, business initiatives and enterprise transformation programmes.
Anticipate and manage project risks, issues and changes, implementing mitigation strategies where appropriate and ensuring the VCM Programme Manager and key stakeholders are informed of project status and recovery actions.
Identify key milestones and track progress against agreed deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes.
Through regular engagement with stakeholders and key users, ensure delivered solutions meet approved business requirements and objectives.
Work with the Change Lead to support the development and execution of business readiness, communications, training and adoption activities required to realise business case benefits.
Ensure full adherence to Leonardo's Lifecycle Management framework, owning required artefacts, stage-gate approvals and presenting project status at governance and gateway reviews.
What you'll bring
