The Learning & Development Specialist leads the delivery of engaging, practical learning experiences for employees and leaders across Australia and New Zealand. Working with audiences ranging from frontline and operational employees to office-based professionals and senior leaders, the Facilitator adapts content and delivery to different business contexts and designs new learning solutions where required. This may include leadership programs, mentoring, 360-degree feedback, coaching, short-form learning and other initiatives that support learning in the flow of work.
Working closely with the People Experience team, leaders and subject matter experts, the role ensures learning is relevant, accessible and translated into sustained capability and behaviour change.
