At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

About the Role

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions helps businesses achieve their marketing ROI objectives with a suite of superior products that includes digital advertising and programmatic channels. We are searching for a Senior Client Solutions Manager (Sr CSM) to partner with some of the world’s largest B2B technology companies across software, cloud, cybersecurity, hardware, and IT services. These marketers sell into complex buying committees over long sales cycles and are held accountable for pipeline, not clicks.

The Sr CSM will act as a strategic, commercially minded advisor: finding the story in the data, translating campaign performance into pipeline and revenue outcomes, and challenging customers with insight-led recommendations that drive expanded investment.

The Sr CSM is measured on revenue attainment and growth of their book of business, the measurable value delivered to customers, and the strength of senior relationships across each account. The Sr CSM is a nimble team player who is comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns, and projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with their Account Executive(s), the Sr CSM’s responsibilities are to:

Own revenue attainment for your book of business in partnership with your AE. Drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell by building data-backed business cases and confidently challenging customers to invest to their goals.

Co-develop a strategic account plan for your book of business with your Account Executive.

Provide accurate revenue forecasts reflecting pacing, investment patterns, pipeline, and risk.

Build and maintain senior relationships across the buying group (CMO, VP Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, ABM, Brand), developing a deep understanding of each customer’s business and objectives and using the account plan to align strategy and investment.

Find the story in the data: turn campaign, CRM, and pipeline data into clear executive narratives that connect LinkedIn performance to pipeline, opportunity, and revenue outcomes, and use them to drive customer action.

Lead full-funnel optimization across brand, demand, and ABM programs, diagnosing gaps across targeting, creative and content, format mix, and budget allocation.

Serve as the customer’s measurement advisor: guide attribution approaches (multi-touch, account-based, influenced pipeline), design lift and incrementality tests, and resolve misalignment on how value is defined across marketing, sales, and finance stakeholders.

Drive CRM and marketing-automation integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and partner with customers’ marketing ops and martech teams to close the loop from LinkedIn engagement to closed-won revenue.

Bring Tech industry expertise to every engagement, including product launches, category creation, partner and channel marketing, event-led demand, and selling into IT and technical buying committees.

Provide recommendations, onboarding, and ongoing education on targeting, implementation, optimization, and reporting to build customer self-sufficiency.

Work effectively with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, technical support, product, product marketing, and insights to ensure customer success, troubleshoot campaigns, and ensure error-free execution.

Represent the voice of the customer through collaboration with product teams to influence campaign management and measurement tools.

Share expertise across the team through best practices, case studies, and peer coaching.

Embrace our learning culture to develop yourself as a sales professional and colleague to your peers and internal partners.

Travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, martech, agency, or B2B marketing
  • 3+ years of client-facing enterprise account management with direct accountability for revenue, retention, or growth targets
  • Hands-on experience analyzing campaign performance and presenting insights to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity clients (as a client, agency partner, or in-house marketer) and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Deep knowledge of B2B measurement: attribution models, incrementality and lift testing, media mix modeling concepts, and account-based metrics (influenced pipeline, pipeline velocity, win rate)
  • Working fluency in the B2B martech stack: CRM, marketing automation, ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and attribution tools (e.g., Marketo Measure, Dreamdata)
  • Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel; SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI a plus) and the ability to turn analysis into a clear executive story
  • Proven track record of growing client investment through consultative, insight-led selling, including comfort pushing back on customer assumptions
  • Experience presenting to Director, VP, and C-level audiences
  • Auction-based or programmatic campaign management experience (paid social, search, programmatic)
