Purpose of role Help some of the UK’s most ambitious Enterprise & Deep Tech businesses take their next step on the global stage. Leading sector recruitment and account management across Grow London Global and our new UK wide scaleup programme, you will connect innovative companies with the customers, investment and partnerships they need to grow. You will work directly with founders, CEOs and senior leadership teams across enterprise software, AI, quantum, robotics, semiconductors and other emerging technologies.
Getting to know their businesses and ambitions you will help them tackle challenges ranging from winning enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles to commercialising mew technologies and entering international markets. You will lead and develop a team of Growth Managers across London and the UK bringing together sector expertise, regional knowledge and strong business networks. Together, you will recruit and support companies across the country including London businesses participating in Grow London Global and provide practical support tailored to each company’s growth journey.
