Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking a Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) Specialist to support the administration of manufacturer pricing contracts, rebate programs, and claim back processes. This role is responsible for maintaining Special Price Agreements (SPAs), validating pricing data, processing manufacturer claims, and ensuring the accuracy of contract pricing within the ERP system.

The SPA Specialist will work closely with Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Product Data, and Operations to ensure customer pricing agreements are accurately implemented, manufacturer claims are submitted and reconciled, and pricing discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner. This position plays a critical role in protecting company margins, improving pricing accuracy, maximizing rebate recovery, and leveraging automation and AI technologies to improve pricing administration and claim processing efficiency. Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain manufacturer Special Price Agreements (SPAs) within Epicor Eclipse and related systems.
• Review and validate pricing agreements to ensure customer pricing, costs, effective dates, and contract terms accurately reflect manufacturer approvals.
• Identify SPA opportunities for new and existing customers to improve pricing, rebate recovery, and profitability.
• Process SPA requests received from Sales, Purchasing, and manufacturers in accordance with company standards.
• Submit, monitor, and reconcile manufacturer claim backs, rebate claims, and pricing recovery transactions.
• Investigate rejected claims and pricing discrepancies and coordinate resolution with manufacturers, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting.
• Audit SPA records and pricing structures to ensure data accuracy and compliance with manufacturer agreements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve contract management, pricing validation, data extraction, claim matching, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, system functionality, reporting capabilities, and automation workflows.
• Generate routine reports related to SPA activity, claim recovery, pricing accuracy, and contract compliance.
• Stay current on manufacturer pricing programs, rebate requirements, and ERP system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in wholesale distribution, pricing administration, procurement, rebate processing, or contract administration preferred.
• Experience working with distribution ERP systems, preferably Epicor Eclipse.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered pricing, contract management, or process automation tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
