Director / Senior Director, Strategic CAPEX & Investment Portfolio Management

Basel, Switzerland In person Full-time

Location: CH - Basel

Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.

As Director / Senior Director, Strategic CAPEX & Investment Portfolio Management, you will shape investment decisions across Lonza’s Specialized Modalities platform. You will lead investment governance, capital planning and portfolio prioritization, helping translate business needs into strategically aligned, financially robust investment proposals.

You will also maintain portfolio-level oversight through delivery and value realization, ensuring insights inform future capital allocation decisions.

The role is to be based in one of the locations: Basel or Visp in Switzerland, Houston or Portsmouth in the US
