Senior Performance Analyst

Contract type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 / week Salary: circa £57,000 depending on experience Location: Birmingham or London WFH policy: Employees are required to attend the office 2 days/week Flexible working : Variety of flexible work patterns subject to line manager discretion e.g. Compressed 9-day fortnight. Role Summary: The Senior Performance Analyst will engage in planning, governance and performance processes across the organisation to ensure that LCCC and ESC deliver against strategy, objectives, outcomes and performance measures. The role holder is expected to collaborate closely with both fellow directorate members and other departments. This role is pivotal, as the team play a central part in ensuring that the organisation functions efficiently through a well-regulated performance management framework.

You will take a proactive approach in identifying areas where intervention is necessary to facilitate successful outcomes. The role holder shall also provide specialist knowledge in environmental reporting and broader ESG activity, reflecting the purpose driven nature of LCCC.
