JOB SUMMARY

• The Legal Senior Compliance Analyst supports Lowe’s global Compliance & Ethics program with a focus on anti-corruption, business ethics and third-party due diligence.
• The role conducts due diligence screening, analyzes compliance risks, supports business teams on the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, and assists with compliance initiatives across India and global operations.
• In office, full time role. Shift timings: 9 AM to 05 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

·Execute enterprise-wide anti-corruption and third-party due diligence screening globally, including data compilation, screening, evaluation and analysis of due diligence reports.

• Identify, document and escalate due diligence red flags and potential compliance risks for appropriate review.
• Support execution of the global Compliance & Ethics program in India, primarily in anti-corruption and business ethics.
• Provide compliance guidance to business teams on Lowe’s Code of Business Conduct & Ethics and related requirements.
• Support compliance reviews, risk assessments, documentation, follow-up activities and periodic reporting.
• Review compliance-related contractual requirements and maintain accurate due diligence and approval records.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of compliance matters.
• Conduct and oversee preventative training on business ethics and anti-corruption.
• Track and monitor ethics and compliance trends globally and prepare summary reports for stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the compliance data repository, including due diligence, training, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Provide process guidance to junior team members and support continuous improvement of compliance controls.
