AI Product Manager, Workflows

United Kingdom +1 In person Full-time

Location: ROU-Bucharest-Iuliu Maniu Boulevard

Role summary

As an AI Product Manager for AI & Agentic Workflows, you will drive the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the AI layer that powers intelligent search and agentic experiences across LSEG Workspace. You will play a central role in evolving a flagship AI product now live in general availability.

You will work hands-on with full-stack squads of Engineers, Data Scientists and Product Designers — shaping what gets built, how it gets measured and how it lands with users. Your focus will be on making AI experiences faster, smarter and more extensible: expanding coverage across asset classes and data domains, designing new agentic workflows, and building the evaluation frameworks that keep quality high as the product scales.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product craft and financial workflows — someone who can translate complex technical systems into experiences that users genuinely value. You will be encouraged to take ownership, and with a flat organisational structure will have regular opportunities to interact with senior leaders and make a visible contribution to the team and the platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for AI-driven search, orchestration and agentic workflows, balancing the quality and reliability of a live GA product with commercial growth.
  • Drive the integration of new data sources and capabilities, expanding coverage across asset classes and data domains while keeping complexity low.
  • Shape the design and delivery of domain-specific AI agents - working with business communities, Engineering and Data Science to extend Workspace AI into new specialised use cases.
  • Design and evolve AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics to measure performance, accuracy and relevance in real-world financial workflows.
  • Lead user discovery and continuous feedback loops, conducting research and integrating behavioural analytics and telemetry into product development to refine AI experiences.
  • Define KPIs, analyse usage and consumption data, and leverage user feedback to continuously optimise product performance and adoption.
  • Collaborate with platform and community teams to prioritise features that improve engagement and deliver measurable business outcomes across Workspace surfaces including Teams and M365 Copilot.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance and Data Rights teams to keep the product compliant, embedding data usage standards and Responsible AI requirements.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, acting as a connector to keep teams aligned end-to-end.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with organisational objectives and key results.
  • Embed a data-informed process so your teams can make fast, good decisions grounded in user behaviour and engagement.

What you'll bring

  • A proven track record of building successful, large-scale client-facing products - ideally where AI, search or intelligent automation was central.
  • A data-driven product management approach where product decisions are deep rooted in telemetry, user research and analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a matrixed, global organisation.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM ecosystems and modern experimentation and evaluation methods.
  • Deep understanding of financial industry workflows and customer problems, with the ability to translate these into compelling product stories and actionable requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL, with the ability to query and analyse product data directly and prototype ideas.
  • Strong instinct for design and user experience, with the judgement to know what "great" feels like and the standards to hold teams to it.
  • Genuine excitement about AI and a point of view on how it transforms how people discover, analyse and act on financial data.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Data Science, Legal and Compliance.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities, balancing delivery pace with quality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels — across Engineering, Data Science and business teams.
  • A curious mindset and an appetite for exploring new technologies to improve how products are built and delivered.

Who you'll be working with

AI Product Managers and Product Leads across the AI & Personalisation organisation, Software Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, Product Designers, Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, Technology Leaders, Community Leads, Legal and Compliance teams, Customer Success Managers, and senior business stakeholders.
