We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to drive operational excellence across business insights, commercial management, internal communications, people initiatives, and business operations. Working closely with the FX Leadership Team and cross-functional partners, the role will translate data into decision-ready insights, strengthen business rhythms, improve employee engagement, and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will also use approved AI tools to improve analysis, automate repeatable workflows, and produce clear, high-quality outputs, with appropriate human review and data controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Insights, Planning and Performance
  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring analysis of business initiatives, revenue, expenditure, sales activity, product adoption, and client feedback to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Review operating expenses, travel and entertainment expenditure, and indirect costs, and support the annual budget and planning cycle.
  • Define and maintain meaningful business and product-adoption performance indicators, assess performance against targets, and translate findings into concise recommendations for the FX Leadership Team.
  • Understand current revenue-reporting methods and implement improvements to management information and reporting.
  • Use approved AI tools to analyze structured and unstructured data, identify themes, risks, and trends, and create repeatable, decision-ready reporting while validating sources, calculations, assumptions, and outputs.
  • Business Operations and Governance
  • Coordinate the business operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, action tracking, and follow-up, to maintain alignment, accountability, and business continuity.
  • Manage core business administration, including service-provider invoices, purchase orders, approvals, document archives, and FX intranet sites, ensuring key resources are accurate, current, and easy to access.
  • Understand third-party revenue-sharing arrangements and work with internal partners to support accurate and timely payments.
  • Identify repeatable manual processes that can be streamlined through AI or automation; develop reusable prompts, agents, and workflows; document controls; and support adoption through practical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to synthesize meetings, email threads, and approved enterprise information, and to track actions, decisions, deadlines, and risks, with appropriate confidentiality and human oversight.
  • Commercial Management and Sales Enablement
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to assess performance across pre-sale, onboarding, and production-adoption activities and find opportunities to improve execution and client outcomes.
  • Build a strong understanding of the sales process and commercial operations, and provide analytical and operational support for deal management.
  • Apply AI-assisted analysis to revenue, sales activity, product adoption, and client feedback to produce repeatable management reporting and commercially focused recommendations.
  • Internal Communications, Engagement and Events
  • Support the business in delivering a coordinated internal communications plan that promotes FX initiatives and provides a clear business update for the wider team.
  • Curate townhalls and annual kick-offs that promote transparency, engagement, and inclusive participation across Sales, Product, Risk and Regulation, Operations, and other relevant teams.
  • Coordinate planning and logistics for internal and external events, conferences, and client engagements, ensuring clear objectives, effective participation, and timely follow-up.
  • Partner with the FX Leadership Team and Marketing to develop articles, press releases, journalist briefings, interviews, website content, and social media materials that support business priorities and strengthen the FX profile.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions.
  • Proven experience in business operations, data analysis, and commercial management.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools, including effective prompting, information synthesis, document and communication drafting, meeting and email summarization, and data analysis.
  • Experience designing or using AI agents, reusable prompts, or automated workflows to improve the quality, speed, and consistency of recurring business processes.
  • Sound judgment in the responsible use of AI, including data privacy, access controls, source validation, confidentiality, and human review of AI-generated outputs.
