HR Advisor

Join a dynamic people team at LSH Auto, a leading UK Mercedes-Benz retailer. We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing practical support to managers and colleagues. You’ll play a key role in managing employee relations cases, coaching managers and improving people processes, helping to create a positive and well-managed working environment. Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £40,000 per annum Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers.

Coach line managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes. Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment law best practices. Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business. Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to improvements in people processes. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Robust verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes. Experience using Excel.
