Partnership Development Representative

United States Hybrid Full-time

About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

Department: Business Development / Partnerships Reports to: [Leader's Title, e.g. Head of Partnerships / VP of Business Development] Employment Type: Full-time Location: [On-site / Remote / Hybrid]

About the Role

We're looking for a Partnership Development Representative (PDR) to build and manage the top of our partnership pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for potential partners — researching and identifying the right organizations and people, opening conversations, and setting up qualified intro calls for our [leadership team / Head of Partnerships]. This is a relationship-building and pipeline-generation role, not a closing role: your job is to make sure our leaders are spending their time in conversations with the right people, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Discovery & Outreach: Research the market to identify potential partner companies and the right decision-makers within them (via LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, databases, etc.)
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified partnership leads and contacts, using a mix of outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound follow-up
  • Initial Partnership Conversations: Reach out to prospective partners to introduce our company, gauge mutual interest, and have exploratory conversations about potential collaboration
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate intro calls between qualified partners and our [leader/leadership team], ensuring both sides come prepared
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track all outreach, conversations, and appointment statuses in the CRM; keep contact and lead data accurate and up to date
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing: Manage timely follow-ups with prospects who aren't ready yet, keeping the relationship warm for future opportunities
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline health to leadership

What Success Looks Like

  • A steady, predictable flow of qualified intro calls on the leader's calendar
  • Growing network of partner contacts and relevant industry connections
  • Clean, well-documented CRM data that leadership can trust and act on
  • Partners arrive at intro calls with context and genuine interest, not cold

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales development (SDR/BDR), lead generation, or partnerships-related outreach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, including senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and resilient — comfortable with outbound outreach and occasional rejection
  • Research skills: able to quickly identify the right companies and the right people within them
  • Nice to have: existing network or experience in [your industry]

How to Apply

  • If this role sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.
  • This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
  • LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
  • Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
