IT Support Analyst Tier I

We are hiring an IT Support Analyst Tier 1 in Saint Paul. This role is the first point of contact for employees who need IT help. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. Some travel to sites across the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota is required. Experience with ticket management, computer hardware, and basic network support is preferred.
