Lutron is seeking a Software Engineering Co-Op to join our collaborative team and contribute to high-impact projects. In this role, you will help design and deliver software driven solutions that power smart lighting and shading systems. At Lutron, your interest in application software development will grow through hands-on experience, practical skill-building, and collaboration with experienced application software engineers in a supportive environment.

We consider co-ops to be very valuable in our search for exceptional future members of our team and pride ourselves in providing outstanding work experience to students from a wide variety of universities and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Your co-op at Lutron could offer you the opportunity to work on:

Software design, development, and testing

Code reviews and technical discussions

Willing and available to work on-site 5 days per week
