Senior Manager Stakeholder Management

Managing and overseeing the implementation and delivery of a range of stakeholder management services to support commissions and provides line management leadership and guidance for others within the assigned Hub as required.

You’ll be responsible for

• Directing stakeholder management strategy and implementation.
• Building trusted client and stakeholder relationships.
• Directing teams on stakeholder management requirements.
• Managing risks, issues, governance and performance reporting.
• Developing functional plans, processes and KPI tracking.
• Integrating stakeholder management across relevant disciplines.
• Mentoring junior colleagues and supports resourcing activities.
• Championing compliance and net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have

• Up to 5 yrs experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of a stakeholder and communications services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.
• Progressing towards achievement of chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution e.g. association of project managers.
• Relevant university degree (e.g. construction, engineering) or equivalent. (or equivalent)
