Job Responsibilities

• Join the Finance team of a modern automotive manufacturing company. We are looking for a Financial Controller who will support financial planning, cost controlling, reporting, and business decision-making through accurate financial analysis and insights.
• What will you be responsible for?
• Preparing and analyzing regular financial and management reports.
• Monitoring inventory levels and related financial indicators.Supporting the implementation and enhancement of SAP Controlling (CO) processes.
• Performing profitability analyses of products, projects, and operations.
• Participating in the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and quarterly budgets.
• Analyzing variances against budget and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and controls.
• Preparing ad-hoc analyses and management reports.
• Cooperating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and cost performance.
• What are we looking for?
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or a similar area.
• Fluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

It will be an advantage if you have

• Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Experience with SAP CO module implementation or support.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Salary

Starting from €1,700 gross per month. The final compensation package will reflect the successful candidate's experience, competencies, and overall fit for the role.
