As part of Magna International, Magna Energy Storage Systems Group develops and manufactures innovative fuel tank systems and components for heavy-duty trucks and passenger cars, specializing in plug-in hybrids. Job Responsibilities

- Unterstützung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Organisation und Administration der anfallenden Personalprozessen innerhalb des Employee Life Cycles
- Durchführung des Recruiting Prozesses für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen, tariflichen und betrieblichen Regelungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Pflege der Zeitwirtschaft (LOGA3) und Personalstammdaten (Workday)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken
- Betreuung des Reisemanagement sowie Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Schulungen
- Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachwirt
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal idealerweise in einem Industriebetrieb
- Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse im Tarif- und Arbeitsrecht
- Analytischer, strukturierter Arbeitsstil - effiziente Organisation des eigenen Bereichs / der eigenen Aufgaben
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen sowie ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten mit einem hohen Maß an Diskretion und Professionalität
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point) sowie gute Kenntnisse in HR-Software (Workday, LOGA)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
